Join Hannah Ferguson, Founder of Cheek Media, as she addresses the State of the Nation.
The year is 2026. You wake up to “Social Cohesion” in the news, but everything feels fractured.
Grievance politics has arrived illegally on a leaky boat from America; another orange leader is threatening to take control, supported by yet another sweaty billionaire.
Democratic norms erode, lies and incompetence stand on the camel’s back of free speech. Gas exports remain untaxed. A data centre appears opposite your favourite café. We now have to endure Dave Hughes weighing in on tax reform.
The vibe is off.
A notification buzzes your phone – Cheek Media – and you feel relief wash over you, knowing it will all make sense soon.
Bring your friends, your parents, your uncle who has given up on the Liberals but like Pauline, can’t define the word monoculture. Let Hannah Ferguson break down what’s going on, what has changed, and what you need to know – and what you can do – to help.
Tackling the big issues one laugh at a time, Hannah Ferguson returns to give us hope, community and a credible list of talking points for family dinner.
“This show is about matching belly laughs to commentary. As always – nothing is off limits. I want the Cheek Live audience to always leave surprised and to feel comfortable adding their two cents. This is a tour that puts dialogue with the audience at the forefront.”
